Section 71
The Government of Nepal will be the plaintiff
The case related to the offense punishable under sub-section (1) of section 63 shall be prosecuted as the government of Nepal and such case shall be deemed to be included in Schedule-1 of the Civil Code of Criminal Procedure, 2074.
